    No. While led by Reggie C Fitness, this is a mindset, life skills, and mentorship experience — not a workout or athletic camp.

    Yes — in a respectful, age-appropriate way. These topics are framed around self-respect, emotional control, consequences, and legacy-building, not graphic or inappropriate content.

  • How is the day structured?
    The bootcamp runs from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and includes workshops, breakout sessions, interactive challenges, lunch, creative reflection, and a final showcase for families.
